For 82 years, Shawnee Peak has become home to generations of skiers and riders. Families and friends have grown up side-by-side on the slopes, and every season we make a commitment to introducing the Shawnee Peak experience to a new group of skiers and riders. Dedicated to Skiing in the State of Maine. This dedication includes adding to what we already offer. For the 2019-2020 ski season, we will debut a brand new ticketing system. Using RFID technology our guests will be able to reload their cards online and go direct-to-lift, skipping lift lines. This will mean more snow time!

We have also replaced the feeder pipeline from the lake to our pumphouse which will guarantee awesome snowmaking firepower for years to come.

On-hill, we have added additional HKD Klik snowguns to the Main Slope and West Slope, and added some new snowguns in various spots including fixes guns on Sunset and the Crossover! We’ve also redone the SnowSports School welcome desk and replaced a lot of the lighting in the base area with LED lights!
